How do I cancel my order? 

To cancel your order please contact us and be ready to quote your order number.

Refund Policy 

If your order has not yet been dispatched we will refund you immediately.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered:
  • If goods have been dispatched and you subsequently cancel your order, under the Distance Selling Regulations as part of our Terms & Conditions you must take reasonable care of the goods. It will be your responsibility to return these goods to lovetyres.com.
  • Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is your UK statutory right.
  • Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods but not any service provided by us, such as express delivery service.
  • Fitting of tyres constitutes as acceptance of goods and unfortunately we will not be able to refund any tyres once they've been fitted

Returns 

Once you have cancelled your items lovetyres.com will contact you. Should you cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations as part of our Terms & Conditions it will be your responsibility to return the goods to the address provided.

Returns Policy 

Under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' you have a 14 day cooling off period. The Company will within a period of 28 days exchange or refund in full any product that is found to have a confirmed fault or defect. This is subject to the goods not being misused or damaged in anyway. lovetyres.com will not be able to accept back goods that have been ordered incorrectly or are found to be not faulty once they fall outside of the 14 days cooling off period.

All products must be returned complete exactly as received the goods (Instruction booklet, packaging, leads etc) and in the original packaging. Refunds & Exchanges will not be carried out until the product has been received in to our warehouse and checked that it is in reasonable condition.

All confirmed faults that fall outside of the period of 28 days (since you received the goods) will be subject to repair within the period and terms of the Manufacturers' warranty.

Fitting of tyres constitutes as acceptance of goods and unfortunately we will not be able to refund any tyres once they've been fitted.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds issued will be the same as the tender type, however if this is not possible a cheque refund will be raised via our Head Office.
