The following are Terms & Conditions website or telephone sales. Please read them carefully or print a copy for your future reference.

Basis of sale:

The company will only accept and full fill orders based on the terms and conditions.

  1. No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in Writing between authorised                  representatives of the Customer and

  1.  The Customer acknowledges that the website text, price lists, lists of items for sale or other sales literature published on the site constitute an invitation to treat, and may not be construed by the Customer as any offer by or binding obligation upon to sell any item to the Customer.

Whilst every effort is made by to ensure no such error or omission occurs, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, price list, website text, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of

Any advice or recommendation given by or its employees or agents to the customer or its employees or agents as to the storage, application or use of the Goods which is not confirmed in writing by is followed or acted upon entirely at the customer's own risk, and accordingly shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed.

  1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders and specifications

  1. The Company accepts orders on the basis that goods are subject to availability.

  1. The right to refuse the supply of any goods is at the company's discretion.

  1. No order is accepted by the seller unless and until it is confirmed by the seller in the written form of an order confirmation.

  1. The Customer shall be responsible to for ensuring they provide accuracy in the details of the orders submitted by the customer online. shall incur no liability resulting from inaccurate information being supplied by the Customer.

Description of Goods


  1. All products sold are of a technical nature and we are sometimes unable to give full specifications of all products. You can call our sales team if you require further information on a product with in reason


  1. The Company will not accept responsibility / liability for representations made by a third party for products features or suitability for a particular use. (E.g. Manufacturers, magazine articles, Internet etc).
  2. Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not be representative of the product. You can contact the team for more information on the product you require.  

Payment and Price

  1. The total price you pay for the goods will be stipulated at the point of payment. The Company is entitled to adjust the advertised price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, typographical error, or error in pricing information from suppliers. Should The Company have cause to adjust the price you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order before the dispatch of the goods.

  1. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to the above we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

  1. accepts all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Electron. All payment methods offered are subject to change at any time.

  1. Ownership and title in the goods will only pass to the purchaser upon receipt of full payment and once delivery has taken place.

  1. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.


  1. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is your UK statutory right . Provided that the Goods have not been used in any way,  are not and have never been mounted to a steel or alloy wheel, are in the same good condition in which they were received by the Customer and are returned to the Customer will be entitled o a full refund. In such event the Customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods and shall indemnify or demand against all and any such costs. If collect the goods,  retains the right to charge the customer for any direct costs associated with the return of the goods.

  1. If the order has been processed, but the goods not dispatched, a full refund will be given within 24 hours.

  1. If goods have been dispatched and you subsequently cancel your order, under the Distance Selling Regulations as part of our Terms & Conditions you must take reasonable care of the goods. It will be your responsibility to return these goods to The Company at your cost.

  1.  will not be able to accept back goods that have been ordered incorrectly or are found to be not faulty once they fall outside of the 7 days cooling off period.

Delivery & Delivery Times


  1. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Although occasionally deliveries may overrun due to circumstances out of our control ie. traffic or vehicle breakdown.

  1. Please take this into account prior to purchasing our products, as once these items are dispatched from our warehouse the costs involved with their return will be with the customer unless they are found to be faulty with in 28 days of receipt.

  1. The lovetyres will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated in the availability field. However all of our products are subject to availability. The timescale for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract. All dates specified for delivery are estimates only. shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of the goods.

  1. lovetyres can only deliver goods to the address on the order. All of our deliveries require a signature on receipt of goods. Under no circumstances will we leave goods without a signature

  1. Responsibility for the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery.

  1. The customer must be check all goods for damage on arrival of the couriers before signing. We are not liable for any damage not outlined in the proof of delivery and the goods will not be exchanged. Any damage to the item or packaging must be stated on the delivery note when signing.

Time Limit for Notification of Claim

  1. Goods must be inspected on delivery. If your goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform the company immediately by phone or email.
  2. The Customer Services Department will arrange collection of these goods and will replace the goods at no charge or refund any monies paid for the goods as long as the proof of delivery outlines the damage.
  3. If the above terms are not adhered to then the company will not be responsible for any damage of to the goods.


  1. shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from any inaccuracy in the Customer's Order.  

  1. shall have no liability for errors in any Customer's Order and any loss (or otherwise) that may arise therefrom.

  1. shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow instructions (whether oral or in writing) or misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without’s approval.

  1. Save as expressly provided in these Conditions, all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or Common Law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Any claim by the Customer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with specification shall (whether or not delivery is refused by the Customer) be notified to in Writing within 48 hours from the date of delivery or fitting (in the case of Fully Fitted Service) or where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within 24 hours  after discovery of the defect or failure.

  1. If delivery is not refused, and the Customer does not notify the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods and shall have no liability for such defect or failure.

  1.  Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to in accordance with these Conditions, shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at’s sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but shall have no further liability to the Customer or any other person.

  1.  Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, shall not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply or fitting of the Goods or their use or resale by the Customer, and the entire liability of under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the price of the Goods, except as expressly provided in these Conditions.

  1. shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of lovetyres.coms obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any Force Majeure or other cause beyond’s reasonable control.
